Our Story

TDS Consulting was built for revenue teams that are growing faster than their systems.

Most scaling companies don't have anyone dedicated to the work that sits between strategy and execution — the enablement, the process design, the operational rhythm, the coaching structure, the tool decisions. That work gets pushed to the sales manager, the ops lead, or the VP. They do their best, but it's not what they were hired to do, and it shows.

We exist to fix that. Not as a full-time hire, and not as a one-time project. We are with you as a sustained partner that works across enablement, operations, and productivity every month until the team is actually running the way it should.

Meet Mike

Mike Garber is the founder of TDS Consulting and the person doing the work.

He has spent his career inside and alongside commercial teams building enablement programs from scratch, coaching managers, fixing broken processes, and figuring out why capable people weren't performing the way they should.

The answer was almost always the same. Good people with real potential, but no one whose actual job was to connect the strategy to how the team operated day to day. That's the gap TDS was built to fill.

Mike's work is grounded in practice and informed by ongoing doctoral research in human resource development, with a focus on productivity and organizational behavior. He is also the author of From Busy to Better — a practical guide to building work systems that help people focus on what matters, not just what's urgent.
